Health & Safety Program Audit & Evaluation

A review of the current corporate Health & Safety program will be performed to assess those activities and program elements used by the client to manage the health & safety function. Information obtained in the Program Review will be used in other activities to determine to what extent the health & safety program is being administered from the office including your field operations. TCA consultants can visit job sites and perform efficient, fact-finding interviews of field staff (employees and sub-contractors). Interview notes are included in a summary report from which findings and recommendations are developed. Anonymity of interviewees is guaranteed, ensuring honest, enlightening feedback for the client. TCA can provide a variety of Health & Safety audits from a general site risk assessment to a full comprehensive audit of the ongoing activities of your operations, personnel, subcontracted workforce and general site/facility conditions at your project/facility.
